Our 18+ years of experience in new construction, renovations, and remediations taught us to build business based on our own crew and equipment. We invest heavily In crew retention, training, communication and heavy equipment such as trucks, lifts and excavating machines. The result is a highly trained crew working on adhering strict building codes, efficient and proper schedule and consistently producing high quality products.

I & E is a self-performing organization utilizing its own personnel and equipment with the president of the company being intimately involved with each project. Unlike many others who load up with sub contractors once they get a job, I & E has the advantages of being in total command of project for on-time completion and lower project cost which in turn lowers our bid cost.
